We work dilligently to supply photos and to tailor to your ideas prior to payment.  We will not engrave  or cut out without your written consent. Due to the highly customized nature of our products and our customer approval process, we do not offer refunds. However, we can offer a replacement item or refund of up to $25 for products damaged in shipping. 

We ship USPS and provide insurance to ensure your products gets to you in the same condition we ship them in.
